The purchasing process can be daunting without the experienced and qualified network of brokers, shipwrights, technicians and tradesman we provide. The following is a brief outline of what you may expect to happen when you decide to purchase a yacht:

• We sit down with you and discuss your wants and needs.
• We pre-qualify you for a yacht purchase.
• We go shopping with you to find the perfect boat to suit your needs.
• When you've found the RIGHT boat, we work with you to put an offer together, at the most reasonable price.
• We go with you and the current owner or brokerage to perform a sea trial on the boat, and look closely to find any problems.
• We use only the most highly trained and licensed Marine Surveyors to give you an accurate summary and appraisal of the boat.
• We prepare the buyer fully for delivery options from expenses to risk management.
• If everything is satisfactory, we complete the purchase, from escrow to delivery.
• Not all yacht brokers are alike. At this point many other brokers will walk away, but Diamond Head Yacht Sales is always here to help with any of your boating needs and concerns for your new yacht.

Finance and Insurance:

We have an extensive list of financing avenues available for yachts, from pleasure to commercial and everything in between. We work with the best insurance companies available for both pleasure and commercial craft.

Our Brokers

Diamond Head Yacht Sales is a division of the most dynamic marine boating activities business in the State of Hawaii. We have brokers who specialize in both Power Yachts and Sailing Yachts. All of our brokers are serious yachtsmen with extensive open ocean experience; most have made long distance ocean crossings. Many of our brokers hold coast guard licenses and have built and own multiple yachts.

We are not only a yacht brokerage, we are also technicians and tradesman. Most of our brokers have had many years of boat building, delivery and maintenance experience. Diamond Head Yacht Sales brokers are committed to using only the best Marine Surveyors and Shipwrights for you, during the buying as well as the selling process.
